Making Infill Work for Housing Authorities
2023, we embarked on assisting the Denton Affordable Housing Corporation with a small scale incremental development project featuring 31 unit project with duplexes and row homes in courtyard configurations. This collaborative effort was a longer process between us and DAHC that included design, zoning, Proforma review and community meetings as needed.
Denton contract is wrapping in December, but it will extend in a small way into 2025.
