Community-led Housing Infill

York XL is a non-profit dedicated to empowering the residents of communities in York, PA to become stakeholders in their neighborhoods. As an extension of their core mission, York XL is working to transform a vacant lot into 6 units of affordable infill housing, with a goal of creating a community-centered, mixed-use node for the neighborhood.

As part of our developer coaching, we also provided a set of floor plans, elevations, site plan, and perspective renders for York XL to use for zoning approvals and funding applications. While not permit sets, these initial plans will allow the developer to pass crucial milestones without over-investing in architects or engineers.
