Hello Lafayette! We are excited to be working with you for 2023 and 2024!

Our 2023 12 Steps to Small Scale Development comes to an end December 2023 but we are excited to announce that LEDA has extended our contract for 2024!

This year we covered all sorts of topics on finance, design, property management and so much more. We also met with 15 small scale developers - all of them who are working so hard on their renovation or infill projects.
