TYLER STATION
A village of thinkers, makers and doers.
Tyler Station is a collaborative village in the heart of Southern Dallas. The factory was originally constructed in 1925 for the Dixie Wax Paper Company, which remained in the building until 1995, when operations ended. Today, it’s Tyler Station, a gathering place with over 60 different rentable spaces for local business owners, entrepreneurs, and artists to call home.
By taking this 110,000-square-foot factory and reimagining with the neighborhood, Monte Anderson created over 60 different rentable spaces for local business owners, entrepreneurs, and artists to call home. As an incremental; developer, he is committed to affordable adaptive reuse rather than ‘tear down and rebuild.’ By not tearing down history but protecting and adapting it accordingly, we believe we can breathe life into the neighborhood.
