Inspired by the South Bend pre-approved plans, Inner City Development recently completed four new-construction duplexes in the Near Northwest Neighborhood of South Bend. Their duplexes blend into the existing single-family neighborhood, maintaining local character while providing accessibly-priced, new build apartments.
